<p>高速精密双主轴车铣中心</p><p>DOUBLE-SPINDLE TURNING & MILLING MACHINING CENTER</p><p>TCKM-32S主轴移动型高速精密车铣中心采用对列双主轴，双主轴车铣复合的两个主轴可同时对不同的零件进行车铣复合加工，加工效率高。刀具部分采用空间3D排式刀架，换刀快速可靠，可以安装较多刀具，并配有动力刀具可以完成各种铣削、钻削甚至磨削功能。两主轴均带有分度轴C轴。主轴和付主轴以及动力刀具相配合，可以一次完成零件的正面以及背面的车削、铣削、钻削等加工工序。并可完成零件的四轴联动控制加工，双主轴夹持零件同步加工，刚性攻丝等功能。机床采用结构优化的高强度、高刚性密烘铸铁机体，各运动轴配用进口高精度直线导轨及滚珠丝杠、进口精密级成组轴承，并可以通过进口高精度光栅尺及环形编码器来精确反馈轴的位置，真正做到全闭环控制，以完成零件的精密加工。</p><p>双主轴车铣复合可以方便的配备自动送料器、自动接料器、自动排屑器、自动防护门等多种附加设施，并组成柔性加工生产线，以完成自动化加工。本机床尤其适合航空、航天、军工、汽车、摩托车、通讯、制冷、光学、家电、微特电子、电子、钟表等行业的各种高精度、多批量、外形复杂的零件的精密复合加工。</p><p>TCKM-32S is high speed precision turning and milling machining center with driving spindle. It uses lining double-spindle, which is capable of performing the combination of turning and milling on the different work piece with high machining ef?ciency at a time. The part of cutter adopts lining tool post with space double-axis. Tool changer is fast and reliable,and many tools can be held in the machine. Driving tools are ?tted to perform a number of machining operations of milling, grinding and drilling. Dividing shaft C is mounted to the double-spindle, the spindle and counter spindle cooperates with driving tool to perform a number of working procedures on the work piece of the obverse and the reverse sides with single setup: turning, milling and drilling. In additions, the machine is capable to complete 4-axis compound control process of work piece. The double-spindle clamps work piece to complete synchronous machining and rigidity tapping. On the one hand, the machine body uses precision casting with high rigidity and optimized structure. All driving shafts are equipped with imported linear guide and ball screw with high accuracy, and precision bearing group. On the other hand, the machine can perform work piece machining with high precision by the imported DRO with high accuracy and ringlike coder to feedback the shaft position to realize closed loop-control, to achieve the precise workpiece machine.</p><p>It is convenient for the machine to install many additional facilities: automatic feeder, automatic receiver, automatic chip removal and automatic protecting door, which can form ?exible production line to perform machining automatically.
