width="713">CK6180A3SF数控车床是我厂利用国际先进技术研制、开发的高精度大型数控机床·1、机床精度高，系统最小设定单位0.001mm，X轴重复定位精度0.016mm，Z轴重复定位精度0.025mm。主轴轴承采用日本NSK进口高速精密轴承，主轴箱齿轮全部高频、磨齿，噪音低。主运动采用电阻直流制动，刹车灵敏。·2、可自动车削各种回转表面，如圆柱面、圆锥面、特形面等，并能进行切槽、车螺纹、镗、铰加工，效率高，适用性强。·3、床身导轨经超音频淬火后精磨，硬度高，刚性好。床头、导轨、床鞍、拖板尺寸加厚，强度增大，适合于各种余量工件的加工。·4、床鞍采用贴塑工艺处理，移动轻快，减少床身导轨的磨损，避免爬行现象，精度高，使用寿命长。滚珠丝杆采用整体内循环丝杆，配对角接触球轴承支承并预紧。导轨、丝杆等采用集中自动润滑，具体运动灵活、减少热变形、精度稳定的特点。·5、电动刀架有四工位立式、六工位卧式、八工位卧式，采用精密齿盘定位，重复定位精度高。采用手持式电子脉冲手轮，对刀精准方便。·6、尾架具有快速偏心夹紧装置，工作效率高。尾座套筒内有防止钻头旋转的装置，避免了因误操作引起的钻头旋转而损伤尾座套筒内孔锥度，有效的保护了尾座部件。·7、数控系统采用国内*产品，交流伺服电机驱动，也可根据用户要求选配其它系统，易于操作，功能强大，性能稳定，特别适用于复杂零件或对精度较高的大批量零件的加工。·8、用户可根据自己产品的特点选用中心架，液压卡盘，液压尾座，液压拉紧等，我们尽最大能力满足用户的需求。·9、该系列数控机床操作方便，防护安全，外形新颖美观，维护保养方便，宜人性好。</td></tr></table>
